Founded by Jason Lock

Build Hub was founded by Jason Lock, a construction professional with more than 20 years of experience across residential, commercial and public sector developments throughout London and the South East. Jason started his career at 16 as a trainee quantity surveyor, progressing into contracts and construction management, and has led projects valued up to £5 million for local authorities, London boroughs, NHS trusts, developers and specialist contractors.

Having also owned and operated a building company, Jason brings direct experience of the pressures facing SME contractors — tendering uncertainty, rising costs, programme pressure and fragmented communication. Build Hub was created to help solve those problems.
